Great part of population thinks that brushing teeth with just a toothpaste is enough to keep their oral cavity clean. The more strenuous ones also use dental floss or mouthwash. However, tooth cleansing process should not finish on this stage. We can also interfere with our bacterial flora in the oral cavity with foods we consume. Tooth-brushing diet depends on introducing to our diet such food products that naturally maintain oral cavity in a good condition. What kind of product are they?
